10. Videos
Embedded videos with a PowerPoint presentation can illustrate steps, demonstrate how a software application works, and show animated charts created in other software applications, such as Tableau.
Videos work best in PowerPoint presentations when they are correctly embedded.
- To insert a video, create a new slide
- From the Insert menu, choose to insert video > from movie file
- Navigate to the video file that you downloaded and select it
- Click on the video and go to the Playback menu
- Next, configure the Start to begin Automatically. This will ensure the video will play as soon as you click to the slide.
