9. Artwork and Graphics
Adding images to a PowerPoint presentation can be a powerful way to communicate information, explain a concept, or provide context.
Adding artwork
think-cell offers access to stock images for use in your presentation:
- Go to the Insert menu and select the think-cell elements toolbar to add an image
- Then choose stock image
- Then you can search Unspash images4 for a photograph
- Select the image you wish to use. Then, you can arrange it on the slide as you want.

Adding graphics
Often it is helpful to use graphics such as chevrons or rounded rectangles to illustrate steps or stages in a process or flow.
think-cell provides a method to show a process or flow quickly.
- To create a simple process diagram, go to the insert menu, select the Elements toolbar, and choose Pentagon/Chevron
- Use the + to the right or left of the figure to duplicate the figure
- Double-click the figure to add text
- Click on the + to add text below it
