若运行 Oracle Hyperion SmartView，会显示 think-cell 错误消息 "library\officeutilities\application.cpp line 13..: EXCEPTION Address 77124942 Code c0000005"，且 PowerPoint 出现故障

描述

在同一系统中搭配使用 think-cell 和 Oracle Hyperion SmartView for Office 时，会随机显示以下的 think-cell 错误消息，随后 PowerPoint 出现故障。

因 Hyperion SmartView 中的 Bug 而显示的 think-cell 错误消息.

原因

此行为由 Oracle Hyperion SmartView for Office 中的 Bug 所致，此 Bug 已由 Oracle 确认，可以在没有 think-cell 的条件下重现。我们的用户已针对以下 SmartView 版本报告该问题：

  • SmartView 9.3
  • SmartView 11.1.1（11.1.1.3.500 之前）
  • SmartView 11.1.2

解决方案

Oracle 已经为我们的其中一个客户准备了针对此 Bug 的补丁。请随时联系 Oracle（同时参阅 Oracle Bug 编号 10327245）并索取补丁。
