think-cell appoints new CEO and CFO/COO

think-cell today announced the appointment of Kenny Wyatt (on the left) as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Christoph Hobo (on the right) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Kenny Wyatt has almost 25 years of experience in the technology space, with expertise in building and scaling high-performance teams across a variety of software and technology categories. Most recently, Kenny was Chief Operating Officer of Faithlife, a high-growth vertical SaaS leader in the payments, CRM and content space. Prior to Faithlife, he held senior leadership positions at Gusto, Vonage, Centurylink and Sprint. Kenny started his career at Bank of America.

Christoph Hobo is a seasoned executive with significant experience in international organisations where he drove international expansion and built a strong IPO and M&A track record. He has held CFO positions in various publicly listed and PE-backed companies, most recently at Marelli with about 58,000 employees.

Markus Hannebauer, founder of think-cell, will transition from CEO to Chairman of the Board. Founder Arno Schödl will remain Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
