Since 2002, think-cell has been producing graphics software that performs most of the painstaking work of creating data-driven slides for professional Excel and PowerPoint users. From a business perspective, the key to think-cell's success is a unique solution to a pressing business problem. Our customers are influential professionals who are extremely satisfied with our software and help to spread it by word of mouth.

We take great pride in our software, and we strive to provide all materials necessary for users to serve their needs themselves. Our documentation includes introductory tutorial videos, in-product training, a comprehensive user manual, and a searchable knowledge base with detailed, highly technical solutions.

About this job

Even the best features in our software are useless if users do not know about them or fail to use them to their advantage. It's your job to be curious about our software and learn every detail about its wealth of features so that you can explain it to a variety of audiences.

You will work on the same floor as all of our technical teams. You are welcome to tap into the knowledge and experience of our support team, or discuss all levels of technical detail with our developers. You will also interface with our product management and customer success teams to get the complete picture about our customers and what their needs are. However, that is not a one-way road: We expect you to offer your feedback and suggestions for further improving our software, too!

For anything that is not written language, you can lean on a small, experienced team for professional video production, including video screen capture, voice, and everything else you may need. It is your responsibility to coordinate the efforts of this team, feed them sensible story boards and scripts, and provide feedback to the results until they match your own high standards.

It is your job to oversee all of the different media and materials we provide. You will take care that documentation is ready in time for a new release and that video tutorials receive their regular overhaul to reflect the latest developments of the product. You will ensure that all of our media and materials use consistent language and terminology, and that the various audiences have all of their needs covered.
