As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on technical roles, you will play a crucial role in building our world-class engineering and technology teams, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to drive our innovation forward.
What you will do:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define technical hiring needs, develop role profiles, and create effective talent acquisition strategies. Build and execute targeted recruitment plans for high-demand tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process. Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage passive talent through diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities. Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and guide decision-making.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance on hiring best practices.
You will be great for this position if you have:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
- Ownership: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German is a plus, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in sourcing candidates using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, tech communities, etc.).
- Problem-Solving ability: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess and match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Team Player: While working independently, the recruiter should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align efforts with company-wide talent goals.
- Stakeholder Management skills: Ability to act as a true advisor for the stakeholders, knowing when to bring insights about the market and the process.
This position is based in think-cell’s headquarters in Berlin.
