As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our company by helping us hire talent that drives our growth. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles, including sales, marketing, Customer support, and other business functions.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pool Management: Identify, engage, and build a network of passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards and networking events).
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates’ qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Represent the company as an ambassador during candidate interactions, communicating our values and mission.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Your profile

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for non-technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Ownership: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German is a plus, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in sourcing candidates using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving ability: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess and match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Team Player: While working independently, the recruiter should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align efforts with company-wide talent goals.
  • Stakeholder Management skills: ability to act as a true advisor for the stakeholders, knowing when to bring insights about the market and the process


This position is based in think-cell’s headquarters in Berlin.
