As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Non-Tech), you will take essential part in shaping our recruitment strategy & processes and ensure we attract and retain top talent globally. Your role will involve leading strategic initiatives, redefining our recruitment process, and providing guidance to hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience.  

In this position you will:

  • Lead our Non-Tech Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top-talent & support our company growth. 
  • Manage our ATS Personio, adjust the processes and advise on the best practices of ATS usage and compliance. 
  • Work with Recruitment KPIs and generate reports to support data driven growth & decision making.  
  • Manage our Employer Branding initiatives together with the Marketing team. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to our hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices. 
  • Conduct interview training sessions. 
  • Create interview kits and implement a skill-based structured interview approach.  
  • Take the lead in recruiting for key positions within the organization. 
  • Provide leadership to our freelance Talent Acquisition Managers, guiding them in their recruitment efforts and ensuring alignment with our company goals. 

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Proven experience with competency-based interviews and best case conducting interview training sessions for hiring managers. 
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in implementing recruitment processes, systems, and managing end-to-end recruitment. 
  • Proven experience in developing direct search pipelines. 
  • Fluent in English, German language proficiency is considered as a plus. 
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


This position is based in think-cell’s headquarters in Berlin.
