Italian C++ Conference in Rome, Italy 2023

June 10, 2023

think-cell recently had the pleasure to participate in the Italian C++ conference in Rome, which attracted over 200 participants. This year, our own software engineer Jonathan Müller presented his talk “C++ Features You Might Not Know” where he covered some obscure features in the C++ language and how to write better C++ programs using them.

It was exciting to be back in-person for the first time in a few years as last year’s conference was held online due to social gathering restrictions. This was the first year we participated with both a speaker and a booth setup. Julia and Anna from our HR team had the chance to connect with many attendees at our booth and talk about the perks that come with working at think-cell. We hope everyone involved also enjoyed the gifts our team had brought with them!

This was a particularly special conference as the Italian C++ community turned 10 years this year. To celebrate the anniversary, think-cell were the official sponsors of the delicious cake that was served up to all conference attendees. We are grateful to have a strong relationship with the Italian C++ community and felt honored to be sponsors!

A big thank you to the fantastic organisers and staff, and to everyone who attended the conference. We hope to be involved again in the future.

Here’s to 10 more of years of the Italian C++ community!
