We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to take charge of our go-to-market strategy for a territory of global companies headquartered in North America. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of revenue growth, combining strategic sales execution with a customer-first approach that blends Sales and Customer Success. You'll be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and owning the entire sales cycle—from pipeline generation to deal closure—while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. If you're a results-oriented sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and expand territory, balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
- Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Outreach to prospective companies and prospective teams at existing customers to explain the value proposition, demonstrate solutions, and convert to loyal customers.
- Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals.
- Create and follow disciplined account and territory plans that will help maximize new revenue growth.
- Help customers build and construct business plans that generate successful funding of enterprise license purchases.
- Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles.
- Follow up on leads and inbound requests in your territory and maximize conversion rate of trials (e.g. adjust email sequences and messaging).
- Localize and run marketing campaigns with support from our central team.
- Coordinate and enable post-deal product adoption (e.g. trainings) supported by a central enablement team.
- Monitor customer health to detect and prevent churn.
You will be great for this position if you have
- 1-2+ years of experience in a commercial closing role (e.g. account management or sales) in a software or tech company, ideally in a startup or growth environment.
- Winning attitude with proven achievement of revenue targets.
- Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large global customers.
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Appreciation of our product—willingness to understand think-cell’s product and value is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive); experience with Think-cell is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denver, minimum of 3 days/week.
- Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
